It's very interesting.
According to the article, "The problem is not that South Korean kids aren't learning enough or working hard enough; it's that they aren't working smart."
I completely agree this opinion. I also did like that 4yrs ago. Government, they need to change education system such as class atmosphere(less stressful), assessment methods, not just prohibit studying after 10 p.m.
